Little Yogis is empowering children through an introduction to yoga and mindfulness practices.

We have three different Yoga & Mindfulness classes each tailored to a different age group.

However, we have core elements that we take into every session:

All of the benefits that yoga brings adults are amplified for children, which is why it’s important to introduce yoga to children during these impressionable years. Yoga encourages an acceptance of oneself that comforts them during times of self-doubt. It encourages a mindfulness that creates a positive outlook, increases confidence, and builds resilience tools that kids can use their entire lives. Yoga also ties in nicely to other aspects of healthy living, including exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being.

We believe consistency and repetition are necessary to learn the basics of yoga as well as the benefits of breathing and calming exercises. Our sessions run 4 - 8 weeks in length. To book, click on "Register" and purchase a package.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not offered for programs under any circumstances. If cancelling 15 days prior the the start date, 100% credit is returned minus a 10% administration fees. There is no credit given once the program starts. 


2.5 to 4 years

Our Little Yogis class is meant to be an easy introduction to yoga. Each class is themed and has the following elements:

  • Focus

  • Warm Up

  • Breath Work

  • Yoga Poses

  • Savasana (calming meditation) 

Each week we go on a different adventure and do yoga poses along the way. Each class includes a Mindfulness craft. We supply mats for each child, props, music and lots of love!

Class length: 30 minutes



5 - 8 years

Super Yogis builds on the foundation skills and yoga basics learnt in our Littles class. Older students will explore partner yoga poses that build confidence and trust. The format remains learning through stories and because children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is suitable for complete beginners. Each class is themed and has the following elements:

  • Focus

  • Warm Up

  • Breath Work

  • Yoga Poses

  • Savasana (calming meditation) 

We supply mats for each child, props, music and more! 

Class length: 45 minutes

8 - 13 years

Power stretch is the culmination of the preceding age groups. It brings together all the skills learnt and introduces them to "adult" yoga flows. This 1 hour yoga class will coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help students regain control of their body in mind.

Learn the ABC's of Mindfulness: An easy introduction into the basic concepts that can support the overall well-being and awareness of feelings in a child's life. Scientific evidence suggests that mindfulness helps improve attention, self-control, emotional resilience, and memory in young children and adults alike.

Get out of the house and meet other mamas while also doing something great for your mind and body. This relaxing "fourth trimester" yoga class can help you reconnect with your body and calm your mind in those early months with a new baby.

Join us for a wonderful bonding experience with your family. Family yoga is a fun and interactive class. We practice partner poses, we tell stories, we sweat and we have fun!
